Unfortunately to often you have to go through great pain to grow. Who wouldn’t like a easy pill to swallow? Today’s thought is just this: If you want something bad enough you will do whatever it takes to go out and make it happen.
Alright so the irony of my life is that I am always striving to make things more efficient when it comes to blogging on my blogs. I bought a new product called Cinderella links. I am not sure how I feel about it yet. I think it’s confusing because I keep making changes that I think would enhance my post. But what ends up happening is I keep messing them up. It seems like every time I do an update it erases portions of my post.
The idea is that the software is suppose to white – hat internal back linking. As you can see from the previous 3 post that it added non relevant videos and it took away portions of my blog post.
I sorta am a bit disappointed with this new software. But I won’t give up on it yet. I still will fiddle with it. Obviously I won’t use it for any of my more serious blogs until I figure out how to use it.
Thus far I am not very impressed.
I may change my toon in a couple of days after having time to really work with it. Just a FYI, I bought the software because I believe that google is going to start de – indexing a lot of folks who have orphan blog post and pages.
So this is my attempt to try and stay in googles good graces…
Here I am staring down 39 and I find myself the same weight I was when I was 29. Something happened to me when I was staring down 30. I decided it was time to get fit and healthy. What I mean is while I trained in martial arts all the time. I really didn’t monitor what I was eating nor did I do any organized exercise routines.
To put it mildly I was fat. Which to be honest didn’t really hinder my martial art performance because the science behind what we do is designed to work for anyone in any shape or any size. I really wanted to get healthier for my family.
So in 1 year I went from 225 down to 185 give or take a pound. I felt great, I looked great. I help fast that weight for 7 years. What happened next probably could have been avoided but I messed up. I fell out of my routine.
Before I knew it I was packing on the lbs. So here I am looking at 39 telling myself I need to get in the best shape of my life for 40.
So I started working out again. I am doing weight watchers. The reason why I decided on doing weight watchers is so that I could monitor how much I am eating and keep a record of the activity I do from day to do.
My target weight 179 I am currently at 218. So as you can see I have a long road ahead of me. On the bright side of things. I did it once before I can do it again. I am also wiser and I plan on learning from the mistakes I made previous years.
We thank you for the amount of time you took out of your tight agenda to read and discover more about this wonderful product. Simply click a couple of links and explore more. weight watchers is a great item and we hope you realize how valuable it is now.

It was while I was enjoying my wedding anniversary with my wife. I realized that I have yet again climbed the weight scale. When I was 30 I decided I needed to loose weight and get into shape. Well I did just that over the course of a year and half I went from 228 to 180. I felt great, I felt like was 18 again.
I was doing good for a few years. Then it happened, my treadmill broke and at the time I didn’t have the money to repair it or replace it. It kind of got me depressed a little. I ultimately back slid all the way back up to 226 lbs. So what took me a year to get off my body took me about the same time to put back on my body.
The first time I was on my weight loss journey I lost my weight via lots and lots of exercise. It got to the point where I had to work out an hour and half every other day just to maintain my weight. The reason was because I really wasn’t watching what I was eating.
Congratulations, you’ve made it to the end of this article which is something not everybody does. Anyone who has hung in there this way now has the information and facts to utilize on #KW1# .
Well my friends another week down. I feel differently this time around. When I was 30 I didn’t bother paying much attention to the way I ate. I simply worked my ass off. I found a picture of me back in 2009.
Back then I was a man on a mission. I pretty much have been on the heavy side most of my life.
I finally came to a place in my life where I felt I needed change. I would like to mention that although I say heavy. I have always been strong and fast.
I have always been active, I played sports outside, I lifted weights when I was a teenager and young adult. And then there is martial arts.
Even though I was heavy set, I still trained and had a high level of martial skill.
I figured at 30 I may as well look the part. What happened to me was that part of my regular training was jogging on the treadmill. I enjoy doing that. It’s a chance for me to reflect on my life and the directions I want to go. My old treadmill finally broke that threw me for a loop. I got so use to having that piece of equipment that I sort of went into a slump. On top of that I was having the best internet marketing year of my life.
The combination was I went from 184 lbs you see me in the picture above all the way back up to 226 lbs. Terrible I know! I am about to be 39 and staring down 40 I don’t want to go into my 40’s over weight. Rather than working out like crazy I am actually paying attention to how I eat.
This time around I am incorporating all the things I found to be helpful throughout the years and weight watchers ranks up there and I’ll tell you why. Weight Watchers really doesn’t tell you how to eat. What they do is they tell you what it’s going to cost you to eat via the point system.
I like figuring out how much food is going to cost me because I can monitor the amount and type of foods I choose to eat. Currently I am dropping weight every week and it feels good. Here is a picture of my current weight loss track.
