The Saddleback Caterpillar – Crazy These Things Live In My Yard

So I’ve lived here in New Jersey for many years and never once have I ever seen these before. I thought I would put a quick blurb out about them because well my wife grabbed one by accident today.

Apparently if you grab one of these suckers they are very painful. The Saddleback caterpillar is just one of the many different insects that live in New Jersey.

Okay so to be honest when I first learned about vaping I was little bit leary. I don’t like being a Guinea pig and to be honest there really isn’t a lot of research on how healthy vaping is.

However the alternative was to keep smoking cigarettes which we do have enough research to show that it’s down right dangerous to your health.

I tried all kinds of methods to stop smoking. None of them really effectively worked. I enjoyed puffing on those cancer sticks. I have been smoke free for several years now all due to the fact that I can vape.

Once I realized that vaping really could help me kick the “smoking habit” I started buying all types of different E-cig products. If there was one thing I realized for sure was that it’s another expensive habit or so I thought.

I thought this because I was buying those over the counter little e-cigs with catridges. I did buy a few brands online but the atomizers kept going bad really fast.

Finally after looking at the cost over the past year I decided something had to give buying e-cigs was becoming an expensive habit. That’s when I started looking at the more expensive vape units. On Raising Kids… Why Time Isn’t On Your Side

It’s interesting how quickly your children grow up. My daughter just went on her first over night trip. She went with classmates. It seems like yesterday that I was rocking her to sleep. Watching my kids grow older only re affirms the sneaky suspicion I had that time moves to quickly.

Some parents spend their time focused on their own agendas that the forget just how fast time moves forward. I am guilty of this myself. I get so caught up with what I am involved with that when I look up A year has passed.

There is one thing that is certain. Your children will continue to grow up with or without you. I am sure they would prefer it that they grow up with you. Clear your busy schedule and make some time for your family.

They need you more than you know.

Goodbye 2013 – Hello 2o14 – Redemption Time

Boy oh Boy I just got done doing my weigh in video and I really have put on some weight from last year. I started my New Years Resolution early this year.

Getting clarity sometimes can be difficult, especially if you done things a certain way for awhile. Those nagging pains, headaches, fogginess we go through becomes common in our lives. We almost feel like we are slaves to our age. The fact is most of us are suffering from bad habits, mis information. I am here to tell you that life doesn’t have to be a crutch. You can live an absolutely amazing happy healthy life.

Leaving 2013 In The Dust

Well where not there yet, tomorrow. I am starting this new year off with 1/3 of a 90 day vlog challenge underway and I just started a 90 day health challenge. Boy oh boy I am wondering if I bit off more than I can chew.

I am not afraid though, I am ready for the new year. I am ready to take my life and businesses to places they have never been before. I am setting my intention now for what 2014 will look like for me.

I will be helping a minimum of 100 people achieve financial freedom. (maybe you are going to be one of them). I am going to get in the best shape I have ever been. What intentions are you setting for 2014?
