The concept is easy to understand. You apply some pressure and you add in a dash of direction and presto you can pull off wrist locks someone.
Of course nothing is ever as easy as they say it is. This holds true with wrist locks. They look easy enough to do, but try pulling one off on a resisting partner and you will quickly see just how difficult it is to do one.
Or so it seems…
What makes a wrist locks difficult is understanding the principles of doing locks. Applying a sealed lock isn’t about using your muscle to achieve your goal. It’s about using skill to overcome your opponents strength.
